Save Kwin's Art Spot

Kwin has been putting colour to pavement for over 20 years now.  Friday & Saturday nights see her outside McDonald's on the corner of Swanston & Lonsdale Streets in Melbourne's CBD.

Now Melbourne City Council (MCC) want her moved.  Over the last few months, MCC officers with security guards have decided to get Kwin "out of the way". 

Out of the light, Out of safety, Out of view...next to the rubbish bin by the curb.

If you feel that our 70-year old pioneer of Melbourne's Street Art has earned her spot - which is legal and carefully positioned for pedestrian traffic flow around both sides.  A spot in the light (until 2am Friday & Saturday nights) and in plain view where her supporters expect to find her...
