I.ve invested many many times less than the Easdales or Laxey. Therefore I have far more right than the 3Ms to have a voice in this club or even a valid opinion. If major shareholders back X then he has just as much of a mandate of Y, who may actually own the same amount of shares. This argument that you use is flawed, tired and doesn't hold weight. The language you use to employ it is uncouth, confrontational and all too common for those who favour the sustainable spivline.
