Hi,I am deaf and I am from Democratic Republic of Congo[DRC]I am in a very interesting Congres of World Federation of the Deaf in South Africa,because I have never even travel to around of the World for Congres of WFD.In first time of I will want to participate for congres of WFD in South Africa this year.What are you thinking
