My proposal is spreading the use of the sign language not only for education of the kids, but also for all programs, by using tittle in the movies, because that's the only way for deaf people to understand the world events....

Sign language could become an universally known language...it just need to be put into educational programmes!

Right to use sign langage in educational programmes is very important !!!i am deaf, but hard communication other hearing ,hospital doctor have not know sign , i am suffering health, need right to sign . thanks

Sing language
Deaf Education in the form of sign language is very important. It is their mother tongue, only the deaf can learn about the natural way.
