Sorry abouit the mistakes as I was saying there are more important things to worry about. The Maraes, the Maunga and surrounding areas have more to offer, and thats on a koha basis. we simply can't afford to build at those prices. Wev'e just had heaps of disasters around the country lets ensure we will still have the North and South Island not one or half, over weight is not just for humans to worry about the whenua is our whakapapa if you know what I mean.

Waikato rate payers are the losers, St Peters School are the
winners why else would they offer the land for next to nothing.
St Peters school will be able to offer another sport to their
future pupils.
They will be able to take it over after it falls over due to
lack of support from the local community who did not want it
any way but were forced to pay for it by their local Regional
councils who disregard democrate rights
