Save the Hartbeesport Vervets

How dare you shoot those that do not have a voice. You humans moved into their space. Live with them, don't shoot 'em

People buy their beautiful new homes in mids of nature...how can they be feeling "NATURE" knowing that fauna & flora has to give way for their comfort ? Monkeys pay with their lives because their natural habitat has been destroyed, feeding grounds cemented and all they know is that where there were natural trees and bushes with food there are people feeding them now...and now there are people shooting the monkeys...this is not right, we can not allow the Monkeys to be killed.....please help us saving the Vervet Monkeys.

FOR EVERY ACTION THERE IS A REACTION! We need to start looking after our animals, it is up to us, before we destroy everything in nature! The universe will hit us with a hiding, then it will be too late!

Don't kill them, just help them. So everyone wins!

Is there not enough killings going on in this world of ours who made them GOD to decide who lives and who dies

And is not only the monkeys! Is the animal and vegetal kingdoms in general!
When will the human race realize that sooner than latter the elefant, rhino etc, will be no more than a memories that we will try
To share with our children!!!

These monkeys were here well before us ,how can you shoot them are we not loosing enough animals through poaching and greed as it is.

The monkeys were there first.Humans need to practise locking up etc

To allow the killing of monkeys brings great shame on the nation of South Africa.

The authorities have given the go-ahead to shoot all of the vervet monkeys in Hartebeespoort. This must be stopped and people should learn to live in peace and harmony with ALL of the creatures that share the world with us.

I just visited with some vervet monkeys today at Primarily Primates in Texas...they are incredible animals...please protect them!

They can't speak for themselfs. Why do we intrude there homes, where must they go? Why not keep them save, alive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give them a chance to live, Lets help them find a new place to stay before killing them.

Hello... has everyone lost their minds!!!! I thought "Developers" were supposed to going the ecologically friendly rout these days!Havent they done enough damage to this area already?

 We will not let this Happen!

We are resident at this complex and proper approval was not obtained from home owners. Out of 55 homes only 2 home owners have a problem with the monkeys.  There is one alpha mail that goes into the homes.
