Save teddy from being put down

I am the change required,perhaps those in/with power should do the same.!.

I have 4 pit bulls and they are the most loving, loyal and trustworthy animals. Look at the history of pit bulls. ......they were called "nanny dogs" and we're used to look after children.

Why kill dogs because of their breed???It's disgusting.

Teddy clearly poses absolutely no harm to anyone, so it would be tragic if he is put to sleep.

I live in Ontario, Canada where the gov't has imposed a ban on pit bulls and I disagree with any breed specific legislation.

It's wrong to kill a living animal just because of his breed ! Please spare this beutiful dog .

We are always told not to discriminate against humans because of race, looks etc, Yet we have this atrocious bsl law that discriminates against dogs just Because of their looks! How can these double standards be fair? dogs should be judged by their behaviour not a tape measure

This sweet dog is a member of the family. He has never harmed anyone nor displays any aggressive tendencies. The owner has had this dog since it was 11 weeks old. He is a responsible owner who has raised his dog right. It is not these animals but rather their owners that train their dogs to be vicious. This dog is NOT vicious and it is horrible and inexcusable that someone would take this pet out of his home, devastating the owner and the child and the dog! Send Teddy home!! Poor family, poor dog. Horrible !

BSL is stupid. Teddy should not be punished unless he has done something wrong. His breed isn't something he can control. Humans are the problem, not the dog but it looks like Teddy has a great family! Let him go home and end the governmental stupidity!

People have to have more respect for animals. It's inexcusable. I hope you have a happy ending and get your beloved dog back where he belongs.

Gentle and loving dogs are being murdered by stupid BSL laws. Time for change! ANY dog can be vicious and cause harm. Why punish specific breeds?! Take each case on an individual basis. DON'T JUDGE!!
