Save teddy from being put down

Teddy has not been aggressive and does not deserve to die. BSL is an unjust law that should be abolished.

I signed because it's wrong that we are stealing animals from loving homes and killing them for no reason at all

Dogs should not be murdered because of their breed.

Teddy is a gentle beautiful soul, he deserves to live with his loving family.

Please save this poor dog, if he had a history of being vicious I could understand it, but why put a dog to sleep when he's no harm to others...Please Save this poor Dog!!

I cannot believe this poor dog is being condemned to death just because of how he looks. He has never bitten anyone and should be released back to his family. What a travesty!

It's ridiculous. Bad people give good dogs a bad name. Any dog, not just Pit Bulls have the potential to be dangerous.

Because he shouldn't be put down he's done no harm and I wont b fair to kill an innocent dog!!

A dog can be killed for no reason yet, we as a society won't kill a person who murders, rapes, and terrorizes us. We should be ashamed!

The dog is innocent. He has done nothing wrong. Why take him away and kill him? That is disgusting and unfair.

I honestly signed this petition to tell these officials to keep their noses out of people's business. I get so sick and tired
City, County, States and Federal government sticking their high and mighty ways on us and we have to except it.
Do something more important than picking on a dog that wants to be home with his family. Get a life people!!!!

Once again ignorance raises it's ugly head! Putting a dog down that hasn't even done anything wrong?! To the dishonorable judge---I don't like your haircut therefore you should be put down!!!

I believe dogs are safe if they are brought up decently, it's the owners that should be vetted.

It''s just not fair. You can't just take an adopted child from the only family they'be ever known.

To me Teddy doesn't look like a pit, longer nose and if he's shown no aggression towards anyone, he should be given a chance. Good luck, I hope you get Teddy back, they become a part of the family!

Absolutely horrible what has that dog dome so wrong it was a stranger.

Too many dogs are being put to sleep unnecessarily. Staffs, Bulldogs are the best dogs you can have with children around. Like human beings, do not put everyone in the same bracket because of what they look like. !!

Its just a dog and that is a stupid rule. If this dog has done nothing wrong then it should not be charged. plus its a animal.....it makes mistakes but its a faithful companion.

It seems totally unjust and unfair to deny this dog a loving life and home with his family.

It is not the pit bull dogs that are dangerous it is the idiotic owners who do not understand the breed. We have a pit bull and she is THE most lovable, kind, understanding dog we have. The idea of her being dangerous is ludicrous because she has been taught to be respectful and well behaved. Please look at the history of the family and the dogs' upbringing before deeming her as a danger.

To ban a dog based on breed is like discriminating against a person based on race. Every dog is an individual regardless of breed, colour, size, sex, etc., just like every person is an individual regardless of race, religion, nationality, etc. This type of mentality is dangerous and has no place in today's society. Breed specific legislation for dogs...what's next? Race specific legislation for people??? This dog is a victim. BSL has to go!

This dog is a family pet and I quote "family" not a monster and I think it's disgusting that it can be torn away from its family. It will be upset and could even be frightened so it's not going to be its normal self with strangers. Any dog in that position could show signs of incorrect behaviour as it's protecting himself. That shouldn't mean he has to PTS. Let him go to him family where he's safe, there is too many poor animals suffering as it is..

I don't believe a dog that has done nothing wrong should be punished because of his breed it's all about how they r raised!!
