The fact the North Vietnamese communists invaded the South Republic of Vietnam on April 30, 1975 is a blatant violation of the 1973 Paris Peace Talk Conference. That violation is the main cause of misery the people of South Vietnam has been suffering . The intervention of the United Nations aiming at resuming the 1973 Paris Peace Conference is very necessary not only to put an end to violations of international agreements frequently committed by communist. governments but also to alleviate the misery currently suffered by the people of South Vietnam .

Only Republic of Vietnam has the right to control Hoang  Sa and Truong Sa .

Not Socialist Republic of Vietnam or Democratic Republic of Vietnam because they bought those  2 islands to China.
