AT THE MOMENT THE RESTAURANTS ARE WELL PATRONISED BECAUSE OF THE AMBIENCE OF THE AREA. THIS WILL CHANGE PATRONAGE AND USE OF THE ADJACENT PARKLAND. IT WILL DO NOTHING TO ATTRACT PEOPLE TO CLEVELAND TO REGENERATE BLOOMFIELD STREET.THE END OF THE TRAIN LINE HAS MADE CLEVELAND AN ATTRACTIVE PLACE FOR VISITORS BUT I DOUBT THAT THEY WILL COME IF ALL THERE IS TO SEE IS A MARINA WITH BOATS THAT MOST PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD!
