The jerseys need gold. Red and Gold have always been at the heart of our team's colors. The Gold outline in the example look great.

To put more color in those jerseys. Dont get me wrong they look nice but missing some gold in there, those are the colors of our niners especially gold.

There is not enough gold in the alternate uniform. And the one they show with the gold trim looks way better.

As a die hard fan all black jerseys are a smack in the face, seriously we are gold rush, gold must be in the jersey !!

I signed because the alternate uniform just does not "gel" with the colours of the helmet. The whole ensemble looks at odds with itself. Its not smooth, sleek and classy. It does not fully reflect the time honoured colours and style of the Niners. Be proud of your heritage. Be immediately recognisable as the team you are not just one of the crowd.

I've been a fan since the late 60's. Have always thought we had the best Home Uniforms of all teams! Best thing team did was go back to original colors a few years ago... Clearly the Alternates were missing something? It is the Gold! If they don't add the Gold, don't bother wearing them...especially at Home! We have the best Home Uniforms, already!

Red and Gold. You must have both, Red and Gold in order to be a 49er uniform.

I feel that highlighting the numbers on the Jersey with gold and down the sides of the pants as well just make the new alternate uniform look even better while still keeping the integrity of the niner nation colors.

It would look so much better with the gold, we are niners and we are gold! Plus makes the letters and number POP!

Because the Niners colors are red white and gold.
You wanna make an alternate jersey then it better include ALL our colors. Simple as that.

The black and gold look like Kaep's practice jersey. The Gold adds that pop. It looks sharp.
