I signed because I feel Australia are being very heavy handed,I new Sally when she was at school with my daughter,being disabled my self now I can feel for her I didn't expect to be ill it just happened so poor Sally didn't arrange to have an illness that she needs weekly hospital treatment for bless her her husband is Australian her son has duel nationality for goodness sake Australia have a heart .

I feel that as a family they have proven that they love Australia and want to stay there as a family. They hsve also invested into the country through work and housing.
She did not go to Australia knowing she was going to get this ill and desperately needs this transplant x

Sally volunteers at HammondCare, a dementia specific facility. She is an amazing resource and such a positive person! Australia is richer for Sally being here! PLEASE ALLOW HER TO STAY!

I came to Australia as a "Ten Pound Pom" in 1972, started dialysis in 1980, received a kidney transplant in 1981 and was so grateful that I became a citizen.
Trying to deport a family member, a wife, a mother, is beyond reasonable. Are her husband and son to be deported, too? If not, who will care for her?
Deporting her will also put her health in danger as dialysis needs to be regular and uninterrrupted. It takes a lot out of a person and anyone on dialysis needs a lot of support and the best support people will always be immediate family.

Because the system is way too slow - how come she has been waiting 3 years when they have been married for 23 years, it is silly in the extreme

Because I know Sally personally. She does dyalisis with my mum 3 days a week. She is a lovely lady and does not deserve what is happening to her.
