This is very helpful to have an overflow space and discuss with other team members that visit our hallway area and/or paired offices.

Dear Brad- I wholeheartedly agree that spaces like this one are most necessary in the Bank at large, but especially in the midst of the global practice reorganization and all the changes that are ocurring that necessitate dialogue and sense-making. Open spaces help sustain community and are oftentimes the most neglected resource in contemporary knowledge management. And in the midst of our current shared offices configuration, it becomes an even more critical need. Totally supportive!
