Police action in Waterloo place.

Over the past six months since the benches were added to Waterloo place there has been a drastic increase in the number of violent and threatening incidents in the centre of our city. This area is routinely filled with drug dealers and street drinkers, many of whom are abusing drugs in broad daylight while families and children walk by. This antisocial behaviour seems to have had little to no response from local policing or council representatives.
