CHURCH LEADERSHIP IS GOD'S BUSINESS: Not Human Opinion or Preference

We are petitioning because human-made rules and qualifications for church leaders undermine God's sovereignty, autonomy, and diversity. These rules restrict God's calling, create unnecessary barriers for potential leaders, and overlook spiritual gifts. They also threaten church unity, limit diversity, and prioritize human credentials over character. Furthermore, external regulations infringe upon religious freedom and may contradict biblical teachings.
