Petition for the August 1st Calendar
We the students, parents, and employees of Cobb county hereby submit a formal petition for the August 1st start date calendar to be used for the 2011-2012 school year. As seen in the results of the survey from the school board, this calendar garnered a supermajority of votes; a fact that shows a clear and districtwide preference for this calendar.
