Each side has 10 minutes to present their case. Please pay particular attention to section H below. This is how we could lose our 10 minutes. Remember, we are asking for help! We need to be respectful and courteous. Outbursts will not be tolerated.

 

H. The Chairman may rule as out of order and have removed from the hearing any person who makes inappropriate or offensive comments, who disrupts the proceedings, or who engages in personal attacks upon any person present at the hearing.
