Possible CD 04 Bylaws

Hello all,

A hearty thanks to everyone who signed this petition! As you already know one agenda item is to consider bylaws for Congressional District 04. LPVA's State Central Committee has offered to us a copy of bylaws to consider for CD 04. They are essentially the bylaws used by most districts, personalized for our district (for example, some districts have conventions on even years, while ours have been typically on odd). 

The proposed bylaws can be viewed here. Please let me know if you have any trouble accessing it!

The bylaws for other LPVA districts can also be viewed here, under the State Central Committee section. 

Finally, just in case anyone hasn't looked over them, the requirements for District Committees according to LPVA's constitution can be found here, in Article IV Section 2, and according to the bylaws here, under §04.02.
