با سلام و احترام
مستحضرید که با وجود اعتراضات گسترده منطقی، علمی و مستدل دستیاران سراسر کشور، معاونت آموزشی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی اقدام به تصویب شرایط سخت و جدید جهت آزمون گواهینانه و بورد ۹۹ اعم از ادغام دو آزمون با نصاب و هدف مختلف، افزایش تعداد سوالات(و بالتبع افزایش زمان آزمون)، افزایش سطح سختی آزمون(اصطلاحا تاکسونومی)، برگزاری تمام الکترونیکی آزمون(برای اولین بار) و نیز تغییر احتمالی محل آزمون از مرکز کشور به مراکز قطب گرفت.
پر واضح است که شرایط مذکور فوق، با وجود اپیدمی گسترده و در حال گسترش کرونا در کشور نتیجه ای جز افزایش استرس و اضطراب و کاهش کارآیی و خدایی ناکرده مردودی بسیاری از همکاران نخواهد داشت.
متاسفانه پیگیری های مکرر در این زمینه همگی با در بسته مواجه و حتی با پاسخهایی عجیب و به دور از منطق از مسئولان ارشد وزارت روبرو گردید. عجیب تر آنکه تصمیمات جدید نقض اهداف اعلامی اولیه وزارت در تصمیم گیری کلی و به نوعی دهن کجی به خواست دستیاران کشورست.
اینجانبان، دستیاران سال آخر دانشگاه یزد از شما درخواست داریم مراتب اعتراض مجدد ما را به وزارت اعلام و همچنین درخواست و پیگیری لازم را در جهت کاهش شرایط استرس زای کنونی به خصوص احتمال انجام مسافرت به شهر مرکز قطب(با توجه به شایعات نزدیک به واقعیت در این مورد) و برگزاری الکترونیکی آزمون و نیز افزایش سطح سختی سوالات را مبذول نمایید.
امید است که در سخت ترین سال کادر درمان کشور در قرن اخیر شاهد تضییع حقوق دستیاران توسط متولیان و تصمیم گیران آنان نباشیم
