با عنایت به اینکه پیش زمینه توسعه، شناخت وضع موجود و به تبع آن شفافیت و مطالبه گری تمام فعالین استان می باشد، طرح سوالات جناب عطایی عظیمی از جنابعالی را فارغ از لحن و ادبیات بکار رفته در آن، در راستای شفافیت مورد تاکید ریاست محترم قوه قضاییه و از شروط اساسی توسعه پایدار استان دانسته و خواستار لغو محکومیت و آزادی عاجل آقای قاسم عطایی عظیمی هستیم.
