با سلام و عرض احترام
ما دندانپزشكان شاغل در مراكز روستايي ضمن سپاس از تلاش هاي جنابعالي در راستاي رفع مشكلات حوزه ي دندانپزشكي و تبيين قرارداد برونسپاري مراكز روستايي نظرات خود را در راستاي بهبود اين قرارداد به شرح ذيل اعلام مينماييم.اميد است با حسن نظر جنابعالي خدمت رساني شايسته تر به مردم شريف استان ميسر گردد.
١-ارائه خدمات به دارندگان دفترچه روستايي(گروه هدف) به صورت رايگان تا سقف سرانه ي پرداختي و دريافت کلیه هزينه ي خدمات مازاد ارائه شده طبق تعرفه دولتي
٢-به علت تاخير فراوان در پرداختي بيمه ها دندانپزشكان در انعقاد قرارداد با سازمان هاي بيمه گر (تامين اجتماعي،خدمات درماني،نيروهاي مسلح و...) اختيار عمل داشته باشند.
٣- خريد مواد مصرفي در روستاها به علت اضافه شدن هزينه حمل و نقل براي دندانپزشكان هزينه ي بيشتري دارد لذا در مراكز روستايي مشابه مراكز شهري هزينه ي مواد مصرفي به طور كامل دريافت گردد.
٤-با توجه به سهم دندانپزشكي از بخش پرسنلي سرانه روستايي حق بيمه دندانپزشكان شاغل در مراكز روستايي به صورت ماهيانه پرداخت گردد.
٥-خدمات دندانپزشكي با توجه به موقعيت و جمعيت هر مركز در ساعات متناسب ارائه شود(الزام فعاليت در دو شيف صبح و عصر با توجه به جمعيت محدود برخي مراكز منطقي به نظر نميرسد)
