Należy walczyć z nieprawdą i nie można obrazić czegoś czego nie ma. Jak ktoś ma teorie spiskowe tzw. "religie" w głowie to jest jego tylko wina, że wyimaginował sobie chore wizje i choro się obraża o wyimaginowane wizje. Skoro wizja nie jest realna to przepisy nie powinny odnosić się do realnego prawa. Nie można odpowiadać przed czymś i za coś co nie istnieje lub istnieje tylko w wyobrażeniach innych ludzi. Równie dobrze mogę sobie wyobrazić, że Gargamel jest moim Bogiem i jeżeli Ty w niego nie wierzysz to wg. mojej religii obrażasz go samą niewiarą w niego, bo tak nakazuje religia w którą wierzę. I support freedom of expression, freedom of speech, and individual rights. As a precious Jehovahs Witness I once dedicated years of my life in a public ministry and caring for a congregation. In that time I have seen a contrast in professed morals within an organized religion verses what's actually within the biblical context they are founded on. Crimes against humanity paint the bible, the very source which is the heart of these religious structures. As the law forbids murder, it forbids domestic violence, law is advancing each year so to uphold equal rights, you would find today's laws are in stark contrast and would even defy actions performed in biblical context. If a man gathered firewood on the sabbath, it is modern law that protects him from being stoned by the religious system. It is humanitarian law that prevents slavery where the bible rather gave guidelines for slavery instead of condemning it. Take for example the prohibition of certain behavior in the conduct of armed conflict which can be traced back many centuries, the concept of war crimes which developed particularly at the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century, when international humanitarian law, also known as the law of armed conflict, was codified. The purpose of that Statute, ‘war crimes’ means:
Grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, namely, any of the following acts against persons or property protected under the provisions of the relevant Geneva Convention. This is a statute that actually condemns actions portrayed over and over again throught the bible. Think about that. Today's law defines the god of the bible and those who followed God's orders as guilty of war crimes. For example the bible book Numbers chapter 31 describes God ordering his followers to raid and kill every midianite from the elderly to the young every man and every woman and every child. When the israelites had accomplished victory they had taken the children as human spoils. Upon seeing this in accord with God's will, their leader Moses orders the male children be killed by sword, reinforcing it was God's wishes everyone be killed even the children. Yet gives apwance the female children and all virgins may be kept as human spoils. Today's law define those bible accounts as committing crime wars. And it is only modern law protecting communities by rendering religious institutions unable to impose such power over others. Today's laws must make more advancements to prohibit religious imposment upon individual rights as well as the rights of a community. A system of beliefs should not have the power to inflict harm or damage to any livelihood. Sadly such institutions feel they have the power to implement repercussions towards those defying their impsoment. Laws must be implemented to protect our communities from such behavior. Look to what recently happened in Belgium where Jehovah's Witnesses were given a €12,000 fine for incitement to hatred against ex-members. A €12,000 fine for the systematic and “disturbing” exclusion of ex-members who have left the organization, is how the Ghent correctional court ruled. When the band Behemoth through their musical art, whether it be photos, artworks, lyrically, or things said, portray a disdain and contempt towards religious icons, wouldnt it suggest they, like moderns laws put in place, defy religious imposments and support freedoms and rights. That they are making a statement towards the health of the community in upholding independence, not only on an individual level but that of the community, and their nation, that together, they have that freedom. A right of expression. And should no longer have to fear an imposment or threat from any religious structure, but rather rights be defended, and law be the structure and power which protects everyone under it.
