Zgadzam się z tym, że ten przepis jest nadużywany. W momencie kiedy religia katolicka stała się częścią polityki, przepis ten stał się narzędziem walki politycznej i stracił zupełnie na swojej wartości. Czym innym jest dyskryminowanie człowieka wierzącego, a czym innym dyskusja i używanie symboli historycznych (religijnych).
