More Ice Cream Flavours In uOttawa Dining Hall

PETITION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA FOOD SERVICES DIVISION

WHEREAS, the student body and meal plan holders at the University of Ottawa (uOttawa) pay comprehensive dining fees expecting a diverse, inclusive, and high-quality culinary experience; and

WHEREAS, the current selection of ice cream flavours provided at the uOttawa Dining Hall remains overly restrictive, offering limited options that fail to satisfy standard variety expectations across both dairy and non-dairy categories;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the undersigned students, staff, and campus community members respectfully petition uOttawa Food Services and its contracted dining vendors to:

1. Expand the Core Selection: Increase the daily rotation and overall variety of ice cream flavours available at the dining facilities.

2. Engage the Student Body: Implement a recurring student feedback or voting mechanism to decide seasonal and popular flavour selections.
