Man evaded the scene of an accident left two girls for dead

Me and my best friend were in a roll over collision where the driver was under the influence, no valid license, was recklessly driving, evaded the scene, and cause 4 people bodily injury's but the police say a jury wouldn't find anything and would be on the drivers side of the story. I'm making this to prove that "random people" do have the same veiw as me and that it should be taken serious
