If you are suffering with damp issues or structural dis repairs

The council have a duty of care as landlords for the upkeep of their properties that we rent. As tenants we are not responsible for any repairs whether structural or otherwise. It's improper that the council are suggesting the damage to the Foundations or structures including the damp issues is a result of the way We Live. If the Council were a private landlord they would have been taken to task and told to make good all structural and damp issues. The council as a government body should not seen to be shirking their responsibility to the tenants and properties. So from one tenant to another I ask that We Stand Together to make the council realise their responsibility and duty of care to us the tenants
