Szczególną zaletą, AKTU WOLI NARODU, jest jego osadzenie w suwerennych decyzjach obywateli. Będzie miało to decydujące znaczenie, gdy podpisze go WIĘKSZOŚĆ społeczeństwa. To nie jest petycja do władzy, którą można wrzucić do kosza. Z chwilą posiadania większości, ten AKT będzie ważny, czy się jakieś władzy będzie podobać, czy nie. Jedyną akceptację, którą ten akt potrzebuje jest akceptacja NARODU POLSKIEGO. Bicie piany to raczej procesowanie się w sądach, skorumpowanych, aroganckich, nieszanujących ani prawa ani państwa - sądach jak w PRL-u. TO JEST BICIE PIANY i dowartościowywanie urzędów, które powinny służyć społeczeństwu, a nie być politycznym narzędziem do wywłaszczania i represji. Dlatego sądy nie będą legalną instancją dla Aktu WOLI NARODU, ale referendum ogólnopolskie, nawet bez zgody Sejmu RP. Wynika to z tego, że koalicja okrągłostołowa ( PIS, PO, SLD, służby) dysponuje lewym oprogramowaniem, które używa przy referendach i wyborach. Jest to tajne oprogramowanie na zlecenie, które te ugrupowania używają do MANIPULACJI WYNIKÓW GŁOSOWAŃ przynajmniej od roku 2004, patrz Wyjaśnienia do protestu. Dlatego, podpisy pod referendum powinny być przemyślane, gdyż będą zobowiązujące. Chcę widzieć ich potwierdzenie w przyszłym referendum ogólnopolskim!
