We need meteorologist Jim Burton back!!

I signed this petition because Jim Burton is an asset to the community, his profession, and local TV broadcasting. I believe he deserves my support, as I do not have evidence to demonstrate otherwise. He has participated strongly in charity fundraising events during his tenure and has demonstrated a consistent positive presence throughout the region during many different events over the years. It appears to the public that the station has terminated Jim without reason.

He is a great weatherman,and a kind and entertaining man. Everyone deserves another chance. He is greatly missed.

I think it was a horrible decision to let Jim go he made the weather fun to watch always kept it interesting and his personality was Fantastic . PLUS he did alot with so many communities and put them on map . SHAME ON YOU WJAC_TV I will be leaving this station and there will be many to follow Why end a GREAT THING !!!!

The dumping of experienced and personable people like Jim Burton says so much about the management of a business and leaves the impression that other channels are preferable.

The only reason I watched the weather ever was because of Jim Burton!! He is easy on the eyes unlike any other weatherman, and he is intelligent, speaks well!!! Always on the money with the weather!! He sponsors and covers charity's with Children!! Breath of fresh air every morning with my coffee!! Now I won't watch wjac weather, the rest of the weathermen and women are boring and stale!

Bring him back and stop the nonsense.

I'm watching channel 10 instead of 6.

Mr Burton made numerous personal appearances in our area. He was nice and kind at these events. He gave us the weather with a smile.

Jim Burton is my main reason for watching your weather. His personality is so positive. I watch him on the news and listen to his local forecast for the Dubois area on Q102. I feel you have made a mistake in letting him go.

He was the best....why in the name of heavens would you let him go? Are you trying to turn into another local tv station that's unbearable to watch?

He needs his job back,,, tell us why he was let go

He was good at delivering the weather and he represented the station well in the community.

I enjoyed hearing Jim Burton give the weather. He was a funny dedicated comforting community type of person and he made you feel proud!!!!!

Somewhat shocked to hear that Jim Burton was let go. He came for a homeschool day at the camp where I live. He did a wonderful job. He was delighted to share his knowledge and truly engaged the children and the parents.

To get BIG Jim back or I'm leaving channel 6 deleting their fb page and will never watch them again.....channel 10 will be my news feed....giving them a lil time to get him back b4 I make the switch.

He is a legend in the Laurel Highlands!!

I look forward to seeing Jim do the weather in the morning. He supported many local causes and was a great representative for the area.

I recently moved back to the viewing area and was looking forward to watching Jim again. Please bring him back. Heis professional, but has a wonderful sense of humor.

Love Jim. Just can't imagine my mornings without him! He's a great meteorologist. WJAC should have never left him go. Everybody misses him. That's obvious and they should really listen to the viewers!
