21:30 serait une heure plus juste en pensant aux gens qui habitent tout près de la piscine....c'est une suggestion.....

Before agreeing or disagreeing an estimated cost of such should be published. Is the cost worthwhile for the # of people who will actually use the pool if the answer is yes then by all means go ahead and lengthen the pool hours way after sunset.
