I found that the exams had considered focusing on smaller things within the semester rather on the major issues that were discussed.. it was worth 2marks per question and there were statistics involved..

Regarding legislation not being a scholarly source: SAME, the marker commented and questioned why I was referencing it. I was thinking - are you kidding me?
