If we, that live in Mitchells Plain don't take the first step to help ourselves, how can we ever dream of anybody else helping us. Why must we always depend on useless solutions(government) to want to do anything for us. Remember "God only help those, who help themselves", so lets start at home and with the, Lord on our side. . . How can we ever go wrong!!!!!!!?!

Me a S/African living abroad and Mitchell 's plain is my home town I'm from zenith road rocklands I was brought up in that place and when ever I go home that's where I take my family ,, last 2011 my kids when back to see where they use to visit their ouma aunties uncles and to be honest they where scared
I don't know if it's due to they left at a young age or is it that we did not feel safe in our own country !!

I want peace, I want to be able to walk to a shop without being robbed, raped or killed. Send our kids to school without hearing they have been sent home because of shooting. Safe travelling with public transport without being robbed, shot or stabbed. We need peace restored. We need a JUSTICE SYSTEM that will not turn their backs on us. A JUSTICE SYSTEM that will not fail us.

I'm tired of gangers coming in our road like they own it. They rob people right infront of me and we are so helpless, even our elders are giving up cause the gangsters of today has no respect they ignore you or start swearing. We as a community should stand up, rise to the opportunity for the sake of our kids. If we ignore then they get lekker & catch on their nonsence which dont agree with
