Dan was a good friend, father, and family man. He deserves justice even if it means she dies a painful death from cancer. Tell me why we should let a guilty person out of jail for murder???

One of the best men I've ever known. Sweet an caring. Letting a monster out on the streets is the last thing this town needs. He left behind a baby boy who will never get to see his amazing daddy again. This horrible excuse of a person doesn't deserve her next breathe. To take an inncocent persons life is wrong!

I knew Dan for a long time and he was an awesome person. Don't have a clue why anyone would do this to him! Its sad and heartbreaking. The world lost a very good person because of these 2 people. They should never be free again.

It would be a major injustice to Dan Martin, his entire family, and the justice system to free anne marie patrick. She should be sitting on death row. The least you can do for the family is see that she serves her sentence.

It's disgusting that this is even a question...should Ann Marie be paroled?? How about fck no...she takes an innocent life and thinks that 3 years is enough? What if it were her son that was viciously murdered? Would she want their killer let go after such a short period of time? I say make her selfish ass rot in prison where she deserves to be! Dan Martin, we will not let this bitch get away with it man I promise! You were a good man, amazing father, and an even better friend. Everybody needs to share this petition and get everyone they know to sign this!

I can attest to the emotional strain it caused my cousin Joe to lose a very good friend. Nobody should be released after serving less than half of their sentence.
