Because the government are not listening

We need to keep our country safe ,and know who's entering.

Because we are a small country & have unemployed, poor & hungry people of our own, including veteran soldiers sleeping rough on our streets, we need look after our own first

Because our recent governments have abandoned the proven mantra of 'Non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries', and it is now time, not for egotistic inter-party posturing, but for sensible precautions by a 'coalescent' leadership. Oh, and, by the way, proportional representation, and an end to 'Old Sarum' politics.

I think it is insane to have open borders in Europe, we need proper border control so that only genuine refugees are let in

Because there could be terrorists coming through with them

After the horrendous shootings and suicide bombs in Paris the safety of everyone should be first and utmost . There has been too many people allowed to cross the borders and this is just one retalliation too much . What country is next . It needs to close all thw borders and let no-one in . RIP to all those innocent people and thought to their families and friends

For the reasons stated within this petition. Inviting all these people here is not the solution to the problem, it is just creating a massive strain on all of our resources. Our countries monies and infrastructures cannot cope with these amounts of people! Also these people are not getting properly checked, they have no legal papers, it is a severe threat to security.
