Couldn't agree more that this sentence is just a joke!!!

Disgrace! A sentence needs to be handed that matches the crime, vile human being needs to be of the streets longer than 40days! Where is the justice in that sentence!!!!!

You cant even call that a sentence for what hes done its disgusting

The video was horrendous, this "man", should be banned foir life for ever keeping any animal and his sentence should be much, much longer. 10 years at least.

haven't seen the video don't think I want to but he has to be given more than 80 days should be 80 months...

He should be banned for life from keeping animals. The courts should make an example of him what is 80 days after what he did to that defenseless puppy..

He should b banned 4 life from owning any pet... He's obviously not right in the head to do this and should never be around animals again!

The judicial system in this country is a farce and this sentence serves to prove that. It maybe only a puppy to some people but that puppy could one day be his child.

This is disgusting...... People blame dogs day in day out.... So the dogs get put to sleep...... Make an example of this animal. Otherwise the younger generation are just going to think it's not that bad of a thing to do, where is your common sense this is animal cruelty in one of the worst ways. Re-sentence this scum bag!!!
