On behalf of Newport Detachment and its members we would like to thank everyone who has signed this petition and supported us.

It is with great Joy that we can announce that Newport Army Cadet Centre will stay and the Cadets can continue and not be affected by the School redevelopments taking place.

We will never know how much Public opinion helped to sway the decision makers, but we are convinced this was the case.
