Reopen Harrison's Rocks Toilet Block

Hi Chris as a scout leader who has used Harrison rocks to teach young people in scouts how to climb & enjoy the use of harrisons rocks for the climbing people of kent having no toilets was very bad for the young female scouts so having this reinstated is very good news & the BMC should have a say in the future of this climbing area

Dear Chris,
I have been involved in this e-mailing behind the scenes.One of the areas that needs
investigating is the legal position. I was a member of the Harrison's Rocks Committee for
many years. Sport England inherited this responsibility from The Sports Council, who inherited this from the old CCPR.
When they inherited a role at Harrison's, this was the same as at Plas y Brenin, Bisham Abbey,
Crystal Palace etc.
Bob Pettigrew (a former President of the CCPR and the BMC)is investigating this now. Dennis Gray
