این حادثه شاید عمدی نبوده ولی به دلیل سوءمدیریت دولت عربستان رخ داده است می توانستند با اطلاع رسانی از زائران بخواهند در ساعت مشخصی که ولیعهدشان قصد انجام مراسم را داشتند کسی در آن مکان نباشد. و یا ولیعهد بطور ناشناس در بین مردم مراسم را اجرا میکرد و بی شک کسی هم نمی توانست ایشان را شناسایی کند و هیچ اتفاقی هم رخ نمی داد. در هر حال سوءمدیریت دولت عربستان باعث چنین حادثه ای شده است و متاسفانه همدلی لازم را هم با مردم و زائران نداشته اند
