من از دبیر کل سازمان ملل درخواست دارم برای حفظ شان جانباختگان و همدردی با بازماندگان آنها برای بررسی چگونگی فاجعه و محاکمه مقصران حادثه درهر رتبه و جایگاهی به بازماندگان حادثه کمک و اقدام لازم را به عمل آورند
