همه ما انتظار داریم با بررسی بین المللی و با حضور نمایندگان بازماندگان این قتل عام گروهی ، کلیه عوامل بوجود آورنده و عوامل کنترل کننده و همچنین عوامل جلوگیری کننده از امداد رسانی ، اعم از اینکه دارای شخصیت حقوقی و یا حقیقی باشند شناسایی ، معرفی و محاکمه شده ، به سزای جرم انسانی و اسلامی خود برسند ؛
