These dwellings will be far too close to the school.

The safety of the children at Phoenix Junior Academy Is paramount and this obviously cannot be guaranteed when there will be dwellings built so close to the school and it's playground.

Use to go to school there when I was young. Such a lovely place. Will be a shame to see it over crowded as well as the affecting area

Because there is a school right next to the site and the windows will over look the school, the flats will block out sunlight to nebiouring houses.

My children go to this school and their safety is my priority ...I dont want any tom dick or harry watching them whilst they are at school

Wouldn't it make sense to use the space to expand the school

The children's safety is paramount and it won't be right for strangers being able to look at the children. Only a suggestion but why can't the extra space/building be given to Phoenix Academy so they can expand the school to take more children or make it into a gym area.

Don't think this is a good idea. You don't know who moves in . There is a school near. Don't want people abusing the scheme and definitely don't want any refugees.

Parents should be able to drop their child/ren off to school and know they are safe. The space would be better being used to expand the school to aid the children.
