The development breaks the restrictive covenant in force and will create a nuisance on a private, quiet fokd totally unsuitable for such a developmentMichael Ramsden (Blackburn , 2023-03-19)

Because I am against the noise, nuisance, stress that this will cause daily for local residents and possible altercations around traffic and parking. A residential home should not be used in such a way within a small communityCyd Gibson (BLACKBURN, 2023-03-19)

I feel that Beardwood Fold (a quiet residential, single track, unmade road,) is an inappropriate location for this type of residence.Barbara Cleghorn (Blackburn, 2023-03-19)

It will cause extra traffic on a single carriageway private road and increase crime in an area where there are vulnerable elderly residentsIrfan Patel (Blackburn, 2023-03-20)

I’m signing because I feel myself and my children will be vulnerable to the imminent disruption and threat to our safety this will likely cause and to our surrounding communitiesA I (Blqckburn, 2023-03-20)

We adjoin the property and have much to fear from excessive vehicular use of the lane and from any antisocial activity or disturbance arising from such a developmentMike Waters (Blackburn, 2023-03-20)

The road (Beardwood Fold) is a private dirt track which is totally unsuitable for a 24 hour business and the owners would be breeching the Residential Covenant which has been placed on the property.Alan Cleghorn (Blackburn, 2023-03-20)

I live in Beardwood Fold. This area is unsuited to a Care in the Community project: no shops, cafes, places of entertainment, leisure facilities. The approach to the site resembles a quiet country lane, unsurfaced, unlit. The 2 footpaths through the Fold are the main pedestrian access to the Beardwood estate, frequently used by schoolchildren, dogwalkers, also young children on bicycles and scooters.Anitra Haythornwhite (Blackburn , 2023-03-20)

I’m signing as I am a parent who uses this footpath frequently and live very close to the proposed site. I am deeply concerned as to what kind of people this proposed facility would house. It will have adverse impacts on young children and make it unsafe for families residing in this area, it should not be allowed.Faisal Khan (Blackburn , 2023-03-20)

Being a former Councillor of BeardwoodBig No, to this because
Substantial likelihood of significant harm to the community, Significant harm to the health, safety or welfare of the residents.
Therefore my opinion is that this new development of Redwoods on Beardswood Fold, would create resentment and segregation and be of no benefit to the local community.
If Council pass this development, that means they did not learn anything from previous experience on Qubebec road.

We don't need it in or around beardwood.. they just theses so called puddu councillors .. dont let these asain councillors wreck our beautiful neighbourhood!! They've done enough damage as it is.. looks like a dump hole. We pay the 1 of the highest council tax and I suggest you place them next to the councillors house and see how it feels.. we don't feel safe anymore after knowing they have a youth offenders bail house on quebec Rd.Sid Patel (Blackburn , 2023-03-23)
