Joeli was the first face I got to know when I moved into the village. She is absolutely fantastic, polite, friendly, efficient and the coolest post lady I’ve had. I’m gutted to hear she is moving onto another village and wish her the best in everything she does. However if there is a chance she can stay I know myself and everyone in the village will welcome her with open arms and have a party. I find it rather old fashions someone with know knowledge of the village can come in because of seniority. I see this in my line of work all the time and I find it wrong. The post office should be promoting young women and be proud of their female workforce. We younger people are the future.
