Too many shit built rabbit hutches going up in places of natural beauty

Robert phillip Kirby (Margate, 2021-03-01)

#614

We are in an environmental emergency.

Annette Evans (Abergele, 2021-03-01)

#617

I'm signing because it's horrendous to even THINK of building on this beautiful place

Paula Bromley (Congleton, 2021-03-01)

#639

Penrhos is a nature reserve what will happen to the wild life like squirrels, badgers etc leave well alone for us to enjoy instead of making it into something for the few who can afford to go elsewhere it's always about money SADLY

Win Davison (Valley, 2021-03-01)

#645

Nature is important, trees especially older ones need to taken care of,they give us oxygen, climate change is very important now ,or we won't have a home,or for the children of the future

Roseann Preston (Holyhead, 2021-03-01)

#650

I feel that you should preserve this beautiful area for generations to come. It’s a place I love and hope to be able to continue to visit whilst staying on this beautiful Island.

Kerry Mason (Stalybridge, 2021-03-01)

#651

This area is of natural beauty with lots of wildlife. This should not br developed.

Jackie Thomas (Llanfechell , 2021-03-01)

#652

We need to cherish these places, the fauna and flora.

Denise Harris-Edwards (Holyhead , 2021-03-01)

#653

Preserve wildlife and stop over development.

Ian Griffith (Holyhead, 2021-03-01)

#654

Stop private development at the cost of this nature reserve - which means it is reserved for nature - i.e. not making money.

Penny Brinnen (Saul, 2021-03-01)

#655

I am concerned about the environment and the destruction of this woodland would be a travesty to the Isle of Anglesey.

Geends Jackson (Holyhead, 2021-03-01)

#657

Well I feel just the same as the majority of Holyhead people re Penrhos

Janet Owen (Howick , 2021-03-01)

#658

I love Penhros

Alison Haxby (Woodley, 2021-03-01)

#660

Penrhos has been a Nature Reserve for longer than I can remember, it is home to many native species including endangered ones and has provided the people of Anglesey with a safe space to reconnect with nature.

Nia Collins (HOLYHEAD, 2021-03-01)

#663

I grew up near this beutiful place. Too many places like this are lost needlessly. Save Penrhos Nature Reserve for future generations.

Margaret O'Gorman (North Queensferry , 2021-03-01)

#667

It's a rare magical place, one of the few.

michael jaremko (trefriw, 2021-03-01)

#668

This nature reserve promotes biodiversity in Wales. I have had the privilege of visiting it many times, and it's a lovely spot.
To denigrate it in any way shows no long term thinking, and is not a sustainable plan
There are masses of caravan sites all over Anglesey. Only 1 Penrhos Nature Reserve.
Save it for our Grandchildren please

Christopher Harper (DUKINFIELD, 2021-03-01)

#674

I'm signing because we need all of our wildlife - we don't need more holiday accommodation.
The world is dying think carefully about it especially if you have children or grandchildren

Helen Cooper (Romsey, 2021-03-01)

#677

I’m signing because I feel very strongly about saving our beloved Penrhos, it is a lifeline for both humans and nature

Siân Thomas (Anglesey, 2021-03-01)

#679

We need to preserve Penrhos coastal park.

Steve Hayward (Trearddur Bay, 2021-03-01)

#681

This potential planning is nothing short of environmental vandalism and should not be allowed. Listen to your public who voted you in but can very easily vote you out.

Shula Rouse (Glossop, 2021-03-01)

#682

This land should be protected and be there to be enjoyed by generations to come.

Emma Lewis (Bangor, 2021-03-01)

#683

Its disgraceful this proposal was even considered, i use this area often to appreciate the nature it preserves!

Angharad Hicks (Abergele, 2021-03-01)

#684

Penrhos Nature Park is special and beautiful. Let’s keep it this way.

GILL NEILL (TREARDDUR BAY, 2021-03-01)

#685

I feel there is a lack of transparency, the plans submitted are out of date and need revisiting in real-time to surveying the site for rare breads of animals . There needs fresh consultation on the plans

Wendy Kenyon (Llanrhwydrus Amlwch, 2021-03-01)

#686

We must safe guard what remains of our natural resource and not squander the heritage for the future generations.

John Widdowson (Northampton , 2021-03-01)

#688

Anglesey has more than enough holiday accomodation and too little woodland already. Are not the red squirrels protected?

Catherine Bolsover (Trefriw, 2021-03-01)

#692

I am opposed to any reduction of anything to do with the natural world.

valerie newman (Nunhead, 2021-03-01)

#697

I love Penrhos Nature reserve. I visit regularly in the summer to observe the intertidal zone. I would like the council to be transparent in its planning policy and would hope they preserve this valuable habitat.

Judith Jenkins (Llanfairfechan, 2021-03-01)

#698

I've lived on Anglesey my whole live, I use to go there as a small child & I now take my young child & dog here to explore coz it is a safe place to run around for young children to let off steam...
To see penrhos getting demolished is a absolutely disgusting where is the wildlife going to go
Penrhos isn't just for the old generation it's for the new generation..

Tricia Ballyn (Anglesey , 2021-03-01)

#699

I grew up in Holyhead in the 1960's and have seen enough of the landscape TOTALLY ruined by Anglesey County Council Planning. What they have done to Holyhead over the years has been disastrous and shambolic! Keep your hands off Penrhos Nature Park you philistines!

Madeleine Jones (High Peak, 2021-03-01)

#705

I am appalled at the plan to develop a beautiful area of outstanding natural beauty. It is right st the edge oh Holyhead and provides much needed open green space for families to relax in.
The thought of several hundred if not more, holiday makers coming into the area and utilising the already stretched facilities in not one I would look forward to

Howard Ball (Holyhead , 2021-03-01)

#706

Because I think to allow any building or site clearance of Penrhos nature park should not be allowed under any circumstances... The destruction of wildlife fauna and woodland is really unwanted this destruction would also detrimental to local businesses.... Save Penrhos from the bulldozers..

R. J. Rushton (Trearrddur Bay. Anglesey , 2021-03-01)

#716

Penrhos should be protected for generations to come and preserve the flora and fauna of the environment.

Lesley Croft (Preston, 2021-03-01)

#717

Because it such a beautiful place, very relaxing and doesnt need holiday homes . .

Ian Hyde (Manchester , 2021-03-01)

#721

I love and care about the environment and especially the Welsh environment

Rachel Sullivan (London, 2021-03-01)

#723

I love visiting Penrhos and watching the squirrels when I am at Trearddur . My grandchildren also live it there

Paula Smith (Stockport , 2021-03-01)

#724

I’m originally from Holyhead and spent many happy times at Penrhos, now I bring my family there. In a time that keep losing green space to urbanisation I feel that it’s vital that we keep places like Penrhos for future generations.

Hugh Chambers (Ashbourne , 2021-03-01)

#725

Penrhos Nature Reserve has been a major part in my life, I've not only spent many happy and peaceful hrs walking around there but I have also worked there.

Robert Bayliss (Holyhead, 2021-03-01)

#726

Anglesey doesn't need another butlins that will offer seasonal minimum wage jobs. We need to take care of the few resources and outdoor spaces we have on the island. Penrhos is a gem for local people and tourists. To destroy it for the benefit of business and "progress" and to out money in rich people's pockets is wrong. Listen to the people of Holyhead and the island. We don't want a development, we want our country park where we can watch protected red squirrels and a plethora of flora and fauna.

Sioned Wells (Llannerch-y-medd, 2021-03-01)

#728

I’m signing because this area of natural beauty needs to be preserved as an important natural site.

Beverley Jones (Wrexham, 2021-03-01)

#730

This wonderful place should be treasured, nurtured and protected for our future generations.

Lisette Firman (Wrexham, 2021-03-01)

#731

The woodland should be left alone stay wild for nature

Dawn Felton (Eastleigh, 2021-03-01)

#733

As an Anglesey resident I am very angry that this local beauty spot is going to be destroyed just to make homes affordable to outsiders - total disgrace :(

Andy Lancelot (Benllech, 2021-03-02)

#734

There are less and less natural areas every day and it's important that we protect them.

Carolyn Williams (Llangefni, 2021-03-02)

#735

I am signing this petition because it is a beautiful natural place to go, am hoping I can go again soon as I live in Bangor & the wildlife there is protected & extremely beautiful & the area has very special memories for me. Save Penrhos 🙏

Al Williams (Bangor, 2021-03-02)

#736

This beautiful piece of woodland needs to be preserved for future generations to walk and enjoy its nature, beauty and tranquility . For trees to continue to grow to house the eco systems of nature that it does. By building on it these things will be destroyed. It has a good population of red squirrels and other creatures. They can't live in lodges. They need trees to survive!!

Sarah Thorley (Northampton , 2021-03-02)

#739

Penrhos nature reserve is a beautiful unspoilt area were I grew up and was gifted to the public. It should not be sold for the vast majority of the wildlife there to be destroyed. Green spaces should be saved as they are becoming a rarety these days. Its a nature reserve - reserve nature.

Sarah Nolan (Liverpool, 2021-03-02)

#741

To protect the endangered squirrels and to protecting area that attracts thousands of people every year

Eric Cousins (Pentraeth , 2021-03-02)

#744

We need nature more than anything at this moment in time. It is vital for our planet to survive!

marian dolphin (thetford, 2021-03-02)

#746

Leave Anglesey alone

Katja Harrison (Hastings, 2021-03-02)

#751

I care

Paul Davies (Heywood , 2021-03-02)

#755

Penrhos should be kept open for the people of Wales to enjoy woodland and wildlife.

Paul Brown (Holyhead, 2021-03-02)

#756

Spent many hours walking here when my children were young and hope to be able to take my grandchildren. Please keep this nature reserve fir all to enjoy.

Elaine Stott (Old Colwyn , 2021-03-02)

#757

Come on North Wales. No more trashing the place.

Michael Bolsover (Trefriw, 2021-03-02)

#763

Beautiful wildlife and Forrest will be taken away from the community and visitors.

Rachel Wareing (Huntingdon, 2021-03-02)

#766

I'm Anglesey born and penrhos has been a big part of my life ! I still visit it's a beautiful natural place that should be kept that way!!!

Sioned Jones (Caernarfon, 2021-03-02)

#767

The nature reserve is beautiful, peaceful and teeming with wildlife and should be preserved for future generations

Janace williams (Holyhead, 2021-03-02)

#770

We need to keep all natural areas safe for all our bird life and aquatic life

Ian Welch (Greater Manchester, 2021-03-02)

#772

I am a passionate believer that the time has come to put our natural spaces and the wildlife that lives there, before our needs for recreation. This is a habitat that must be protected

Lisa Condron (Tonypandy, 2021-03-02)

#774

Once it’s gone it’s gone. This wonderful piece of land should be left in peace. No building, no jet skis.

Christine Jukes (Holyhead, 2021-03-02)

#776

My family and I use this nature park every weekend from March onwards for dog and recreation walking. I know this was approved some time ago but that was before the recent pandemic and the greater need now for physical and mental wellbeing. This holiday park would devestate the wildlife there and would take away from the public an area of peace and quiet.

Rob Jones (Chester, 2021-03-02)

#778

Appalled that a nature reserve is proposed to be impacted. Too many people in the forests where rare red squirrels live and too many, paddle boarders on the inland sea which is a SSCI.

Chris Williams (London, 2021-03-02)

#780

I care about our nature and beautiful Island do not spoil it by making it into one large holiday park. People come to visit our Island for the beauty of it.

Joan Johnson (Benllech, 2021-03-02)

#781

This should not be happening

Jacqueline Bruce (Liversedge, 2021-03-02)

#786

I care very passionately about Penrhos. Having enjoyed it's natural beauty for the last 30 years it would be sickening to see it teared down for yet another holiday development here on Anglesey. Let the company develop the surrounding land if needs be, but leave the nature reserve with all its ancient trees, wildlife and historical buildings be. Please!

Dawn Williams (Anglesey , 2021-03-02)

#791

I am very concerned about the detrimental effect of the proposed development on local wildlife and their established habitats.

April Hall (Stafford, 2021-03-02)

#793

I don't want to lose Penrhos

Terence Davies (Holyhead, 2021-03-02)

#795

I would like the Forrest too stay untouched

Adam Mcclay (Holyhead, 2021-03-02)

#796

The destruction of ancient woodland and habitat and valuable tourist attraction to create more accomadation for tourists doesn't make sense. Local jobs are important but there are other ways that don't impact the environment in such a devastating way.

Shelley Aldred (Holyhead, 2021-03-02)

#797

I was brought up on the estate and it is too beautiful to ruin

Arthur Roberts (Holyhead, 2021-03-02)
