I ordered goods from Pandora and full payment was taken immediately. After 30 days my items had not been shipped and no update given. On several phone calls I was told my order was lost and they would elevate it and someone would call. This never happened. I eventually raised a claim through PayPal who found in my favour and refunded my money. This has tarnished the brand which is a large part of your product. It no longer feels like a treat to purchase from you and particularly in the current climate where money is scarce, I will support more ethical and honest businesses.

I'm signing this position as we need better service from yourselves. I spent over £500 with Pandora net and my items arrived in a flimsy box with part of the end burst open. Little packages floating around inside. Not even in one box all together. Shocking to say the least. Really surprised they were all there. Also your customer service is not UK based and are not up to date on whats taking place. Didn't understand what I was saying at times. Waiting since the 20th June for my certificate which still hadn't arrived. Very poor service. This has put my off buying anything else.

I have spent £3000 since the beginning of lockdown. I have returned items that have been acknowledged but no refund. I have asked questions regarding insurance of items posted back only to receive the same generic email over and over again that doesn’t even answer my question so I paid £15 to return 2 parcels as I was worried in case they got lost. Pandora are not sticking to their own refund Ts&Cs and processing customers refunds within 15 days, customer advisers are telling us that we have to wait 15 working days from when they say they have processed refunds. I am awaiting a refund for an item that never came! The parcel box was empty apart from my receipt and flat packed gift box upon arrival! I sent 2 items back to pandora and I received an email on 26/06/2020 confirming that they had received the return. I received another email on the same day stating that a refund has been processed. I expected to have a wait if 15 working days as per the information given on their website but this has now been exceeded.

I’ve been trying to get the expired link used to be able to activate an e-gift card resent so that I can use it. The gift card was sent for my birthday but a month later I went to use it and the link in the email had expired! I purchased a e-gift for my friend's birthday for £20 online in May 2020 and she went to spend her voucher in the July 2020 wanting to get the offer buy 2 get 1 free.
When she opened her email it said the link had expired.
So after many emails to pandora with automated responses, I phoned them the bloke in his Indian accent told me that they would sort it in several day's, I asked him who was I speaking to he stammered Pand! REALLY I Don't think so! Pand from Pandora very apt. So after a week my friend who had also been trying to redeem her voucher emailing, phoning to no avail. We phoned them together and spoke to yet another Indian sounding person she said that we would receive the e-gift by email within 24 hours her name was Natalie (by the way we got cut off when I asked her name) but we called back just to clarify.
We are still waiting and after reading everyone's reviews and there are hundreds it sounds like we are not the only ones.
The other thing is Pandora stores are a seperate business to the online Pandora why is this something else I found out when I went into the store to see if they would help but they just gave me phone number that I had already rang several times!
