The PM stood on a mandate to deliver Brexit. She repeatedly said that Leave Meant Leave that Brexit would be delivered even if it was a no deal.I don't know who behind the scenes thinks that the Treaty she has brought back will be in the interest of the UK.As far as I can see the Treaty is one sided to benefit the EU.The PM power has been severely impaired. To be honest I have never trusted Theresa May with Brexit and a strong leader is required to stand up for the UK.Other Parties are using Brexit as a Party Political swipe at the Conservatives because they don't like what is going on with the UK.Also Labour although stood on the same mandate are using Brexit to get back into power.Politics is hard and takes no prisoners but TH has to see she has to step down the Party is damaged UK Democracy is damaged. There surely cannot be any other avenues to go down to keep stopping and starting Brexit. If the Treaty could be opened and changed I would back TM .Also according to Article 50 the UK has left the EU TM can stand up in Parliament and state that the UK is leaving on TWO rules.
Regards Elizabeth J Phelps.

I have absolutely no confidence in a PM whose word means nothing, has no backbone, no pride in her Country and is not a leader.

(Westcliff-on-Sea, 2019-04-16)

#1203

I am signing because I think we need a leader who will deliver what the people voted for in the referendum. Mrs May has been too keen to be nice to the EU all along. She has allowed the EU to dictate everything about the negotiations and has let the people of Britain down

(Basingstoke, 2019-04-16)

#1204

The Conservative Government led by Theresa May has failed to deliver it’s manifesto commitment to leave the EU. The votes on the EU withdrawal agreement in Parliament were clear, yet the Prime Minister persists with this failed policy. The Prime Minister is wilfully ignoring the democratically expressed wishes of the electorate, a large majority of the party membership, MP’s and the advice of her cabinet. She must take responsibility for her failure and resign immediately.

(Market Harborough , 2019-04-16)

#1205

May must go for the sake of our faith in democracy.

(Rayleigh, 2019-04-16)

#1208

This 12 months of grace for the Leader of OUR Party is simply unfit for purpose in this time of dishonourable, dishonest, amoral, self-serving Career Politicians such as the despicable, despotic Theresa May, who is killing democracy & OUR Party! We MUST have the power to act when we have a such a contemptible person bringing such disgrace & harm upon OUR Democracy & OUR Party!

(Alford LN13 9LF , 2019-04-16)

#1211

We need a new leader - one who can deliver Brexit (as per our manifesto not some failed Brexit with Corbyn’s support and input) and who can win a General Election (Mrs May for all her qualities has already shown us she is incapable of that). May must be removed now for the sake of the Party and our Country.

(Petersfield, 2019-04-16)

#1218

I'm signing because, compulsive liar, Theresa May is a liability both to the Party and the Country and must go.

(Deal Kenr, 2019-04-16)

#1228

Theresa May is not a Conservative, she is dishonest and fails to represent our party.

(Elmesthorpe, 2019-04-16)

#1229

I am signing because I have had enough of this clueless, spineless, incompetent Prime Minister.
It is not just Brexit, important though that is, but her general incompetence running the Government, exemplified by the 2017 General Election, where she turned a double figure lead into defeat. What will she do entering an election campaign with a possible double figure deficit in the polls

(Colchester, 2019-04-16)

#1233

Teresa May is a pathological liar and is a disgrace to our country and party bringing both into disrupt by her betrayal of the Brexit vote of 2016.

(London, 2019-04-16)

#1234

Not enough space to say how much I loathe and distrust the woman. Mentally and morally unfit for high office and a congenital liar. She has colluded with the EU against the lawful democratically expressed wishes of the people of these islands.

(Northampton, 2019-04-16)

#1235

I have no confidence in Teresa Mays' ability or inclination to provide the Brexit that I voted for in the 2016 Referendum. I no longer believe anything she says. She is also ignoring the Party Manifesto that she was voted in on. She is not fit to lead the party or the country.

(Nottingham, 2019-04-16)

#1237

I am a member of The Hastings & Rye Conservative Association and I am as incensed about the antics of Amber Rudd (the local MP) as I am about a Prime Minister bent on betraying her country, the electorate, and her party. If May (and like-minded Remainers) are not banished from power pretty swiftly, my vote will go to The Brexit Party. I commend your initiative but I have an awful feeling that it may well come too late.

(Hastings, 2019-04-16)

#1241

We need to begin to restore confidence in the party and in the government. Being obstinate is not a solution.

(Marlow, 2019-04-16)

#1244

Our PM has sold the UK into EU slavery and is in the process of destroying the Conservative Party in order to do it. She must be stopped for the sake of the Tory party's existence but more importantly for the sake of the UK's future.

(BARROWFORD, 2019-04-16)

#1245

May is humiliating Britain

(FORFAR, 2019-04-16)

#1246

I wish for Theresa May to resign or be removed as party leader

(congleton, 2019-04-16)

#1248

May has been an absolute disaster as PM. She has lied and misled the party and the electorate on Brexit

(Paignton, 2019-04-16)

#1251

Mrs May has shown that she is an absolute disaster for this country. She has reduced this country to the status of a beggar. If she can this resolute about her deal, she could have been very resolute with the EU. It only means that she wants UK to stay in the EU at any cost

(Sidcup , 2019-04-16)

#1253

we need to get rid of traitor MAY and OLLIE ROBINS ,and install a BREXIT Prime Minister and cabinet before they destroy the Conservative Party if it is not to late already.

(sheffield, 2019-04-16)

#1257

Willfully ignoring the will of the people...We issued an instruction, not a request, to leave the EU, the Customs Union & the single Market. We need a commited Brexiteer to carry out that instruction, not a remainer

(Ripponden, 2019-04-16)

#1258

I have been lied to again and again. I campaigned for the Tories and you have betrayed me and the whole country. May has to go

(LONDON , 2019-04-16)

#1260

I voted to leave and expect the government to honour the will of the people. I want a proper Brexit where we actually leave the EU in more than name only

(Hull, 2019-04-16)

#1261

We need someone who believes in Brexit and to save our democracy.

(Christchurch, 2019-04-16)

#1262

I'm signing because Theresa May has betrayed the referendum result and the party manifesto by "negotiating" an unacceptable deal which would leave us as a colony of the EU, is now in discussions with a Marxist opposition that may result in a customs union which would be a nonsensical result. He incompetence and her lies shows she is unfit for high office.

(London, 2019-04-16)

#1264

We cannot allow Theresa May to continue to handle the negotiations. Her approach has been fundamentally misguided.

(Esher, 2019-04-16)

#1271

I am signing because I voted to leave the EU with or without the EU’s permission. The Conservative leader promised Brexit and has not delivered it.

(London, 2019-04-16)

#1272

I will never vote Tory again!

(HUDDERSFIELD, 2019-04-16)

#1273

We need some direction on Brexit so we can move onto other issues.
We are a rudderless ship.

(Chesterfield, 2019-04-16)

#1277

Threresa May must be replaced as leader hopefully by someone better able to stand up for Britain

(Kilmacolm, 2019-04-16)

#1278

I’m signing because the Conservatives need a leader who voted for Brexit, and who will deliver what the people voted for.

(Wrexham, 2019-04-16)

#1279

Theresa May has always regarded Brexit as a damage limitation exercise and has seriously damaged the UK's reputation. She has failed in her responsibility to honour the referendum and her own manifesto. She must go.

(London, 2019-04-16)

#1282

I’m signing because Theresa May’s premiership has involved more U-turns than someone taking their driving test and more compromising than Edward Heath taking on the Unions. Her leadership or lack thereof has undermined our negotiating strategy on Brexit, which has turned us into the laughingstock of the world. She has denied the people a voice, having kicked the Brexit can down the road but, most importantly (for us as a party) she has turned voters away from our party and took the enthusiasm away from our members, how can we get behind a PM that isn’t behind her own members. I supported her in 2016 because nothing could have prepared me for this complete and utter betrayal. And to consult Jeremy Corbyn rather than honour her own manifesto pledges, who is really running our country?? May must go!!

I live in the North East England. A traditionally Labour area, it is areas like these which kept the Conservatives ahead of Labour in the 2017 General Election. What a kick in the face to these people who trusted the Conservatives and who trusted Theresa May, despite their political tribalism. We have shown people in these areas why NOT to trust the Tories.

I am a local candidate this year, and on the doorstep, people have been furious with our party for betraying their trust. We’ve had many doors slammed in our faces over the past few weeks, while we have been frivolously attempting to convince voters to join our fight against a reckless Labour Council, how can we do that when the public know, with May in charge, vote Conservative and you’ll get Labour. It is a national disgrace, a total embarrassment!

(Jarrow, 2019-04-17)

#1283

I have had enough. I am disgusted at the disastrous WA and the tòtal failure of the PM and her leadership (non) team to negotiate a clean and positive Brexit. They clearly did not want it to happen and they call it democracy.

(Waterlooville, 2019-04-17)

#1284

Theresa May’s continued leadership is destroying Brexit, the party and the country.

(Toronto, 2019-04-17)

#1286

We have a very weak and indecisive leader

(London, 2019-04-17)

#1287

Mrs May is the worst prime minister in living memory and allowing her to continue in office will bring disaster upon the party and the country

(London, 2019-04-17)

#1289

I believe that Mrs. May is working against our country's interests and must be replaced by someone who will deliver what the 2017 manifesto promised

(Great Yarmouth, 2019-04-17)

#1293

I have lost all confidence in the current leader and in turn will ultimately lead to a marxist government led by Jeremy C

(Birmingham, 2019-04-17)

#1294

I no longer have faith that the current prime minister can deliver on the will of the people and leave the European Union with a good deal.

(Bingley, 2019-04-17)

#1295

Theresa May needs to go. She is a hopeless negotiator and leader. with the inability to tell the truth

(Fuengirola, 2019-04-17)

#1300

Mrs May's premiership is destroying the Tory party, UK democracy with it, and inviting a Labour government. We need a strong believer in the Brexit project which has to be someone from the ERG who has carried the Brexit flame. NOT another betrayal PM. This change in Conservative Party rules would make this possible. It would be a deepening of democratic principles

(Arundel, 2019-04-17)

#1301

May is a disaster for the party and the country. She must go.

(Saffron Walden, 2019-04-17)

#1302

I'm signing because we need a new prime minister who will uphold democracy and get the UK out of the EU with or without an agreement as soon as possible (no more extensions).

(Truro, 2019-04-17)

#1303

She is thw worst, most deceitful Prime Minister in our history

(Alston, 2019-04-17)

#1304

Its time for the membership to to express thier outrage at the Conservative Party, its useless MP's and shady back room dwellers. We voted Leave and therefore require the majority to be fully respected.

(Walkerburn, 2019-04-17)

#1306

May is the worst Prime Minister in history nevermind the worst leader of the Conservative party.

(Wigan, 2019-04-17)

#1308

I'm fed up with Mrs Mays duplicity and downright lies regarding Brexit, while turning this country into an undemocratic international joke. She has to go.

(Norwich, 2019-04-17)

#1310

Theresa May has destroyed the people's trust in our political system.

(Coventry, 2019-04-17)

#1311

I want a new Prime Minister.

(Coventry, 2019-04-17)

#1312

I want out of the EU asap with no new 'deal' (treaty). Mrs May is a complete embarrassing disaster of a prime minister who has been dishonest with the people, who voted to leave!

(Worthing, 2019-04-17)

#1315

Theresa May needs to be replaced asap with someone who believes in and will implement a proper Brexit

(LONDON, 2019-04-17)

#1316

I believe Theresa May has failed to deliver on Brexit as mandated by the People's Vote held in June 2016.

Her weak and inefffectual Leave negotiations have placed the UK in a position which is both ruinous and humiliating economically in relation to the remaining EU block.

(Stafford, 2019-04-17)

#1318

I love my country. I hate the corrupt EU

(London , 2019-04-17)

#1320

Theresa May is leading Brexit and the Conservative party to destruction.

(Lyme Regis, 2019-04-17)

#1321

The party needs to really change and reflect the concerns of its membership - not only the views of MPs.

(MANCHESTER, 2019-04-17)

#1324

I expect my elected representatives to uphold the choice made by the people in June 2016. The leaflet sent out by David Cameron confirmed that the decision would be implemented. The conservative manifesto said it would be implemented. I will not vote conservative at the upcoming local and European elections and potentially at the next GE unless you abide by the result.

(Malvern , 2019-04-17)

#1325

Mrs May is an utter disaster as leader.

(Burnham on Crouch, 2019-04-17)

#1326

Let’s go WTO.

(Warwick , 2019-04-17)

#1327

May needs to go

(Cheltenham, 2019-04-17)

#1329

The party faces imminent destruction if Mrs May is allowed to continue her current course. This outcome must be averted and this can only be done with a change of leadership.

(Derby, 2019-04-17)

#1330

We need new leadership, a true leader people can get behind and believe in. Someone that has charisma and a public support, personality, presence and is an inspiring public speaker. Someone that is strong enough to win the next general election. But most importantly, someone people BELIEVE actually wants to deliver on the vote to leave the EU, someone who believes in the UK and our ability to not only survive but make a success of Brexit. We are a great nation, full of fantastic business leaders - we just need ONE inspirational political leader. Theresa May is not that person, she is in fact the complete opposite and the last thing the party and the country needs at this time. We need to deliver on the manifesto promises and the result of the 2016 referendum - then move forward with a positive, ambitious trade policy free of the shackles that bind us via eU membership. Get it right and it will make the Conservative Party the party of the People as well as the party of business. Get it wrong and the party is unelectable at a local and national level.

(Milton Keynes, 2019-04-17)

#1332

I' m signing because we need leadership and not surrender.

(Wigton, 2019-04-17)

#1333

May has failed to deliver the Brexit we voted for.
And allowing 'No Deal' to be ruled out has proved traitourous to Brexit.
She made a hash of the General election, the social care policy was suicide.
Now, at election time, the Govt. announces it will give tenants the upper hand causing grave difficulties for Tory voting landlords like myself.
May has shown herself to be completely, and utterly, inept.

(Stowmarket, 2019-04-17)

#1336

We need a PM that can actually make decisisons and lead the Country out of the EU. The Referendum result was 52/48 in favour of Leave, therefore you can't make everyone happy and the current deal is BRINO. Nevertheless democracy must prevail, Leave won, so we must leave. Boris for PM, lets leave ASAP on WTO rules.

(Holmes Chapel, 2019-04-17)

#1339

May has given appalling leadership and shows no vision for leaving the EU. We must deliver on the referendum result and the party manifesto commitment. As May said, no deal is better than a bad deal, and leaving on WTO terms, saving £38 billion and honouring the votes of 17.4 million people is what she promised and what we must do!

(Brackley, 2019-04-17)

#1344

For the good of the nation, May must go.

(Hong Kong , 2019-04-17)

#1346

Theresa May is the worst PM this country has ever had. You had one job - to deliver Brexit. You failed now resign.

(London, 2019-04-17)

#1349

I am disgusted by Theresa May's ineptitude, Brexit betrayal and lack of political nous. She is damaging the Conservative Party.

(Sidmouth, 2019-04-17)

#1350

12 months is too long. However, I feel that 6 months would be more appropriate than three months.

(Shanklin, 2019-04-17)

#1354

She's given up on Brexit and I haven't.

(Whitley Bay, 2019-04-17)

#1355

I’m signing because Mrs May was duplicitous in pretending to be serious about delivering Brexit - no deal is better than a bad deal - and in instructing Olly Robins to prepare the WA behind David Davis’ back. She has let the Party and the country down and must be removed

(Bishop’s Stortford, 2019-04-17)

#1360

Theresa May's deal is not a right for this country. We effectively stay in the EU but with none of the power or voting rights of a Member. It is totally unacceptable.

(Pulborough , 2019-04-17)

#1364

Sadly, Theresa may has proved completely unreliable, manipulative, intransigent, useless at negotiation with the EU, without any vision of the benefits of Brexit and has betrayed voters and party members and generated large scale frustration and disaffection with the democratic process. Her so called 'Withdrawal Agreement' is a permanent submission
to vassal status. Amazing the damage a single person can do - particularly when supported by so many MPs.

(BRISTOL, 2019-04-17)

#1366

As immediate past Deputy Chairman, membership in Spelthorne, I am very aware of the objections to the Prime Minister's 'Deal'

(Frimley Green, 2019-04-17)

#1367

Mrs May has turned out to be a poor leader who has made multiple misjudgements therefore failing to persuade voters, party members, MPs and her own cabinet of her policies. Despite this failure of leadership and judgement she continues to believe in her own vision despite so much evidence being against it. This blindness to reality is as dangerous to the nation as her poor leadership and judgement. If the Conservative party does not find an early means to remove Mrs May from power it will have failed the nation.

(Emsworth, 2019-04-17)

#1372

Mrs May is destroying this country and she must go.

(Bolney, 2019-04-17)

#1373

May must go now. She is incompetent as are most of the part leaders and cabinet

(Edinburgh, 2019-04-17)

#1375

Theresa May has repeatedly lied to the public about her intentions over Brexit. She and her cabinet have used obfuscation, subterfuge, propaganda and blatant lying to invert the prevailing Leave vote into her appalling WA (Surrender Treaty). It is clear that she is an EU operative placed at the very heart of our democracy to overturn it. She must be removed immediately and be made accountable for the terrible damage she has inflicted on our British Constitution, economy, public morale and cohesion. It is essential that a genuine Brexit supporting PM must be nominated and elected by the Conservative party members -NOT the MP's. The PM and cabinet MUST reflect the wishes of the party members. MP's have flouted the people's sovereignty for too long. This must stop NOW!

(Beckermet, 2019-04-18)

#1376

TM has betrayed the referendum result. The WA is a dreadful deal, effectively BRINO but with no representation.
She has misled her Party, and the country. She must go.

(Sheffield , 2019-04-18)

#1377

She is not a person who keeps her word.

(London, 2019-04-18)

#1381

Theresa May is incompetent and a Liberal. We need Boris.

(Leyland, 2019-04-18)

#1382

WE MUST EJECT MAY AS PRIME MINISTER , TO SAVE THE CONSERVATIVE PARTY

(SOUTHMINSTER, 2019-04-18)

#1384

We need to get rid of Theresa May before she completely destroys the Conservative party

(London, 2019-04-18)

#1385

the abject refusal to implement the voters direction or the party manifesto

(Winscombe, 2019-04-18)

#1387

Mrs May must go

(London, 2019-04-18)

#1388

This woman is the worst prime minister since Lord North ( unless we count Ted Heath who conned the Nation into the EU mess in the first place).

(Loughborough, 2019-04-18)

#1391

I am signing this petition because Theresa May is preventing my Country from leaving the EU and has betrayed the 2017 Conservative Party Manifesto.

(Barton under Needwood , 2019-04-18)

#1392

I have been shocked by the incompetence of the Prime Minister, the Chancellor and her key advisors in their handling of the UK's withdrawal from the EU. To disregard the referendum result and appoint MPs to her cabinet who are actively working to stop the UK leaving the EU shows how weak Theresa May is as a Prime Minister and how incapable she is of leading the country.
The UK has a great future outside the EU and doesn't need a deal to leave. But the UK needs a strong leader to reassure the population that the government has prepared to leave and that everything will be alright.

(London , 2019-04-18)

#1393

Mrs May is driving our great Party to electoral suicide in May. As the Cabinet collectively are manoureving for their leadership challenges and cannot demonstrate they have the balls to force her out it's up to the Membership to get the job done.
ASAP.

(Stamforf, 2019-04-18)

#1397

Mrs May must go for the good of the country - she has become our party's biggest electoral liability. Conservatives have a massive task ahead of us - and we need a Leader with vision, capabiity, integrity, and ability.

(Villach, 2019-04-18)

#1399

Theresa May leaves me speechless, but not in a good way!

(Haverhill, 2019-04-18)
