People need to be able to get appointments easily without the stress of threats from the bank to say they are going to freeze their accounts or being unable to complete day to day activities because their TIE has run out.

My TIE was due for renewal last February I have managed to get an appointment for 7th October. This is ridiculous. Had to go on every half hour both me and the wife. Managed to get one if you snuck in before the bots. The appointments only last a couple of seconds before they are snatched up.
