PETITION TO HIS HOLINESS POPE FRANCIS. OPENING OF THE TRIAL ON THE RESIGNATION OF BENEDICT XVI

Holy Father,

first of all, please accept our most sincere best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Considering that according to the media your health conditions allow him to however govern, by issuing resolutions and appointments, we are asking you to also intervene on a very serious matter that can put at risk the legitimacy of an upcoming conclave and the legitimate appointment of your successor, as late as possible, of course.

Immediately after the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI, announced on February 11th 2013, professors of canon law questioned its validity.

Since then, other jurists, theologians and scholars have dealt with his consequent invalidity as 266th Roman Pontiff. I am the journalist who has investigated the matter most thoroughly since 2020 and has come to the conclusion, after long and conscientious studies, conducted with a group of authoritative Latinists, jurists and historians of the Church, that you would not be a legitimate pope, but rather a de facto anti-pope, due to the non-existent abdication
of Pope Benedict XVI, whose declaratio was more of a decision, or rather a penal decree through which Benedict XVI announced his impeded see and the upcoming usurpation of the papacy.

I have shared this research in 1200 articles, 1400 podcasts, and 163 conferences in a volume that sold 24000 copies, translated into five languages and winner of two journalism awards.

I also promoted and organized a petition that was signed by 18000 faithful, addressed to the cardinals appointed before 2013 and filed with the Secretary of State, precisely to demand the truth.

I sent dozens more petitions to the cardinals and in June 2024 I have filed with the court of the Vatican City State a petition of 100 pages on Pope Benedict XVI's non-abdication.

Unfortunately, neither the prelates, nor the Vatican court, nor the Secretariat of State, have so far responded officially to reassure the faithful signatories and to defend you from my statements which, in case they did not correspond to the truth, they would cause a useless and serious scandal among the faithful with considerable spiritual risks, given that it also inevitably arises in discussing the lawfulness of the sacraments celebrated in union with you.

Then there were several clergymen who were suspended, excommunicated, reduced to the lay state for having also publicly affirmed your illegitimacy as pope.

Standing up to make his appeal to journalists to disarm communication, on behalf of the following signatories, I would like to submit a petition.

Please let the trial begin on the request for recognition of the nullity of the abdication of Pope Benedict XVI, already filed and registered at your court on June 6, 2024, so that the truth about this huge issue can be ascertained by regular and public legal proceedings and finally come to light.

What is involved here is the salvation of souls, the lawfulness of the sacraments, the legitimacy of the clergy appointed after 2013. After all, it is part of their rights and duties of the faithful to make their needs known to the pastors. 18000 people have signed a petition because they doubt your legitimacy as supreme pontiff. Also they need to have a definitive and official pronouncement from the Church after a thorough investigation.
