Increase in water flow/pressure in High Crompton, Shaw, Oldham.

The local residents in High Crompton, Shaw, Oldham, are fed up with having low water flow/pressure. We would like United Utilities to upgrade the water flow system to our houses, to allow us to have more than the minimum 6 litres per minute flow that we currently have.

STOP THE SHISHA BAN

The UK government has decided that a complete shisha ban is needed and they are using the Tier system as an excuse. I spoke to a councillor in charge of this and she confirmed the ban. This is the new world order the governmnet is aiming for where we cannot socialise, enjoy ourselves or have friends!!! This ban will affect a lot of people's livelihood! Businesses will close and employees will be made redundant. It is ok for people to stand outside pubs, bars & restaurants to smoke cigarettes

Petition for immediate works to be completed to resolve dangerous junction (Offenham Road / The Parks)

Maple Gardens in Evesham, is a housing development  built by Redrow Homes and has now been occupied for over 4 years.  At the planning stage, access to Offenham Road from the estate was identified as potentially dangerous. Planning consent was made conditionally with the highway authority of Worcestershire County Council insisting the matter be addressed by the developer. Correspondence from Mark Goodge (District Councillor for Badsey) confirmed this. There have already been accidents reported a

This is a petition to reinstate the Safety Net Policy to protect 3rd year student grades at York St John University 2020/2021. We as students, in our final and most pivotal year,  have been dissadvantage due to the lack of face to face learning which the university has been able to provide as a direct result of COVID-19.  The quality of the online teaching we have and continue to receive at York St John university is unacceptable. Poor delivery and/or pre recorded lectures is disgraceful.   We a

Bridle Path 84 – Dangerous to Walkers, Riders and Cyclists

As regular users of the bridle path (junction of Halliloo Valley Road and Park Ley Road) we are concerned that the surface is getting increasingly dangerous and hazardous to walk, ride or cycle on. This is due to the steep incline of the hill, constant erosion, effects of weather and change in seasons. As such, we are petitioning our local Council to address this by improving the surface to avoid accidents and injury to walkers, horses and cyclists by slipping or falling.

Keep the lockers! Pirate Studios!

Pirate studios offer a fantastic service for musicians to connect, rehearse and hone their craft. One aspect which makes the studio such an important service, is the locker/storage facility. These lockers make it possible for bands to practice with their own equipment (which is very difficult at home in London) but also offers an opportunity to use the studio spaces to their fullest. Having equipped stored at the studio means that the bands keep coming back, and supplies pirate with a steady rev

Belstone to Okehampton College Transport Appeal

Although Devon County Council provides a school bus from Belstone visitor car park to Okehampton College, not all children living in Belstone village are considered eligible to use the bus.   This is because Devon County Council has previously determined that some houses in the village are within a three-mile walking distance of the College because children could walk along Market Lane.  Local residents who know the area are aware that, as it is today, this route is completely unsuitable for chi

Remove Cycle Lanes from London's Roads

Honestly this just makes me even more cross than before.  I travelled up Park Lane today and saw that they have now changed 4 lanes (incl bus lane) into 2 lanes for cyclists and 1 lane for the buses, leaving just 1 lane for cars. I used to travel in a car everyday for work for 3 years from SE London to NW, during the peak traffic times and saw MAX 6 maybe 7 cyclists on Park Lane, today we 2 cycle lanes and NO CYCLISTS NOT EVEN ONE!!!!! Cant see this changing ever. Realistically do YOU think that
