Hi all,
thank you to all of you that have signed this petition.
The more signatures we get will hopefully show DHL how we feel they have gone too far now with their distrust.

We all know that Smoking is illegal and using a phone whilst driving is also illegal and these should be picked up (But not by AI), but eating and having a swig of our drink (non alcoholic of course) is a waste of time and energy because this is not illegal (Although Lytx who are in the USA, where it is illegal to drink and eat whilst driving, keep picking this up).

The idea of Dash Cams were sold to us to find who was at fault in the event of an accident, but within days of them going live a few years ago all UK Mail/DHL have done is critisized our driving and usually we are infoirmed by someone who is not even an HGV driver, let alone an actual car driver, but they are going by the figures these cameras show them which does not relate to the actual event (Do you measure the gap between vehicles like the camera does?, no of course not, we rely on our brain and our eyes to keep our distance).

I am sure we are all fine with the camera being there but how they used to be, Only Activated in the event of an accident etc, not being on all the time and viewable live and picking up our every movement just to pick holes in our driving.

How many times have you seen your manager/supervisor showing clips to other members of staff?
I know in our depot clips have been show to all people in the office and other drivers and this is not supposed to be happening, IT NEEDS TO STOP. the clips should be viewed in a room with only authorised member of staff and driver involved in the clip.
