NO to 49 new homes to the north east of Perrybrook in Brockworth

Planning Permission REFUSED

Thanks to everyone that supported and signed the petition against the 49 homes north east of Perrybrook.

The application was considered at Tewkesbury Borough Councils Planning Committee on Tuesday 22 June. We made a strong argument outlining reasons why this site was unsuitable for development particularly the highways safety issues and the poor connectivity to Brockworth and the surrounding area, services and facilities.

We are pleased to announce that the Committee refused this application.

Although we have won this battle, we are yet to hear if the applicant will appeal, in which case we will need to make our arguments again.

We would like to thank you for your support which really helped to strengthen our argument and demonstrate the feelings of the local community.
